Dr. Manju M. Gupta is Associate Professor at Dept of Botany Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi Malviya Nagar, and Delhi 110017 India since 2006. She did MSc (Botany) in 1988 and Ph. D from Delhi University India in 1992. She was awarded BOYSCAST fellowship from Department of Science and Technology (Govt of India) to conduct postdoctoral research at University of Western Australia with Professor Lynette Abbott. Her team has recently finished innovation research project funded by Delhi University in 2015 and has come up with biodiversity database of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in India.
Manju's research is focused on Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) technology since 1988 and have a keen interest in application of computer programming and information technology in the present day research. She has research papers in peer reviewed scientific journals with international impact factors ranging from 1.7 to 3.44 and have 10 review articles and 4 books as authored /edited and 10 presentations/abstracts in the proceedings of international conferences. Her research activities in 2015 include: Chair, at International Symbiosis Conference, Lisbon Portugal 12-18 July 2015; ICOM-8 at Northern Arizona State University, USA from Aug 3-7 2015 (sponsored by the organizers); Awarded UGC major project (Rs. 15.55 lacs for three years) with project fellow is running since July 2015.
